The Restoration after the aggression of July 1993, what was named «Get even»
Our families and relatives in Jabal Amel and Western Bekaa wake up every day, and after a long night of Zionist attacks as soon as the sun rose, they received all the different working teams of the Jihad al-Binaa organization all the ways along the nearby villages, adjacent to the occupied zone reassessing the damages caused by the Zionist attacks; thus initiating to repair the destruction as soon as possible and in order to contribute to the strengthening of the steadfastness of our resisting people.
The organization assures to adept the technical expertise in the affected villages as well as the purchase of construction materials from the same villages in order to contribute the revitalization of the economic cycle which included the renovation of houses, shops, houses of worship, schools, roads and others.
Over more than a hundred villages in Western Bekaa and Jabal Amel, the Organization has restored thousands of residential units, in addition to the contributions provided by the organization in the rebuilding of totally destroyed houses, and to build shelters to protect our steadfast people in the villages adjacent to the occupied territories.
Among the most prominent point of this project was on July 1993 following the Zionist barbaric attacks that left a terrible social implications with an outcome of each time that left the destruction of around eightieth villages and the destruction of more than five thousand houses, and hundreds of thousands of people fleeing towards the capital and to safer areas which added the tragedies and social crises, economic and health exacerbated by the huge numbers of displaced comers towards Beirut and its southern suburb, then it was an evident imposed by the values of the Resistance and the humanity and citizenship where the organization of Jihad al-Binaa was in the right place at the right time in the difficult moments in the workplace where it confronted face to face the crisis of displacement and the results of trying to mitigate tragedies asses full its working team on processing and furnishing sixtieth schools in the southern suburbs of Beirut and rehabilitated to accommodate the thousands of displaced families to the outdoors in search of a moment of reassurance, it was the work of Jihad al-Binaa attempting to form at this moment where the very work of the Organization are the rights of the human being before Everything else, the first step was to ensure these honourables women, children and elders a good and decent life and secondly the organization proceeded to the possible extent to secure an adequate housing within the harsh conditions of life and then to secure supplies and daily necessities at the necessary speed and efficiency required. Then we realize, as many in our obligatory work, we must contribute to confront the enemy and its objectives in this war, that the Resistance is not like a group of Mujahedeen, but like the whole community in their respective fields and that the Resistance is in a part of this community and it is not an emergency call.
What happened from the devastation and destruction and the displacement of huge geographical area in Jabal Amel and the Western Bekaa and the hundreds of thousands of people needed an extraordinary efforts and initiatives of quality is the norm of the duties and affairs of state, but despite that and in harmony with the historical moment and that impose the highest degree of responsibility and self-denial and to the awareness of the sacrifices of the Resistance, and its families, and inspired by the values of the martyrdom and of the martyrs and the values of freedom and justice, the values of Islam, in harmony with all this, the organization of Jihad al-Binaa initiated a step by step construction and reconstruction within the following steps:
