Project isolating roofs of southern suburb buildings damaged in July 2006 war

This project is believed to be part of the project designated to reconstruct the common divisions, but the management of the project sought to establish a special team to tackle the peeling of roofs. This team was responsible for forcing specialized companies into isolating the rooms and supervising the conducting of work, because tackling this problem is considered one of the toughest problems in buildings in general. Regarding the buildings of the southern suburb, the double-complex problem was due to the damages of the war, in addition to other factors that helped in worsening these complications:
- Lack of roof insulation in the base of the building
- Lack of commitment to the specifics of the building by some construction dealers, especially in cement
- Lack of roof repair and abandoning it by the residents, especially the sewage line maintenance
If the problem of wall paints peeling is initially present in the buildings of the southern suburb, then how were the buildings enrolled in the paint peeling file classified?

The management team conducted a very accurate and in-depth scientific study on the affect of explosive waves on the buildings. The study took into consideration the pressure caused by the rockets (different kinds and weights) on the buildings adjacent to the scene of explosion, from multiple perspectives, different dimensions, and the deviations caused by them.
The study focused on the effect of two types of rockets used by the Zionist enemy to target the buildings of the suburb – very large missiles that weight up to 1000 kg – these two missiles affect the surrounding environment in different ways:
- Vacuum Rockets: hit the building directly, do not cause great damage to the surrounding environment, but causes waves that pressures the surrounding and shakes it.
- Destructive missiles: hit the building directly, but it causes huge shock waves that leave significant damage to the surrounding due to the fires started and the shrapnel scattered.
The study was able to identify the following factors as conditions to accept or refuse any building in this file:
- Vacuum Missiles: exposed facilities (directly facing the explosion) located about 25 meters away from the explosion.
- Destructive Missiles: exposed buildings, located about 50 meters away from the explosion.
The type of missile launched can be determined through its effects on the surrounding environment. However, the paint peeling management team did not settle to the theoretical results, but it was accompanied by an acceptance or refusal to a field surveillance, which often corresponds to the technical inspection (i.e. the findings of the study).

Achievements:
The team designated to tackle the paint peeling problem set high specifications to use insulation materials, because the results should be guaranteed 100%, and that is why many tests were conducted, and many international companies were exploited to help chose the best materials. However, the specificity of the suburb's buildings, and the huge number of cracks in the roofs, the roll asphalt system was adopted, which proved to be one of the most successful systems. This system was used in 65% of the building, and until today, there are no complaints in the buildings in which the system was used.
Moreover, in addition to insulating the surfaces, the crack tackling office isolated some of the warehouses in the buildings as well.
As for the work, it is guarantees for five years, and the residents of the buildings receive the warrantee from the companies which has implemented the project, and that would be after the floating test (where the roof is filled with 5 mm of water for 48 hours), after the work is done to ensure the success of the materials used for insulation.
Review, concession, implementation, accomplishment, floating, and right on to receiving, there were the stages undergone by 403 roofs and warehouses in the southern suburb. If Allah sends his blessing in the rainy season, the people of resistance would have a roof to protect them.
It should be noted that the team management for preventing wall cracks also arranged and cleaned the roofs, so that the roofs of the suburb also become "more beautiful than they were".
