The roads were opened before the people coming back the moment the halt of aggression was announced in August 14. People came back to their cities, towns, and suburb, where Jihad al Binaa vehicles had been working since the early morning hours to remove the rubbles from the main roads of the [southern] suburb, which was within less than two hours, passable for the returnees. Jihad al Binaa vehicles also opened alternative roads to the destructed bridges in the south, in cooperation with the municipalities of the areas.
